Eileen Reports:  This is a great alternative for people who can not have peanut butter.  It was a different flavor for me because I’m used to the peanut flavor. But I found it was really tasty with apple wedges.

LucysCinnamonThinChip-2Dr. Lucy’s was founded by Dr. Lucy (of course!) when she learned that her child had severe food allergies. Dr. Lucy’s cookies are baked without wheat, gluten, dairy milk, butter, eggs, casein, peanuts or tree nuts. They are Kosher and Vegan and come in 4 varieties.
