Sweet Alexis Cookies are Dairy Free, Egg Free, Peanut Free, and Nut Free with the soft, fresh taste and texture of a home made cookie. Strange, but true!  Although we were kind of skeptical that a cookie that was made without Egg and Dairy could taste like a home made cookie all the Raters decided to be brave, have happy thoughts, and dig in.  It’s a tough job being an AllerRama Rater. But somebody’s got to do it!

Sunbutter is made from specially roasted sunflower seeds. All Sunbutter products are completely peanut free, tree-nut free, and gluten free. The sunflower seed spread is processed in a peanut and tree-nut free facility. SunButter is packed with nutrition.  It has 1/3 less saturated fat than peanut butter, it has a full day’s serving of vitamin E, and has a much higher iron & fiber content than peanut butter. Alleia Reports: These are great! I really wanted to have another one after the first one was gone. These would be great any time of the day. Especially when you have a few quite moments to yourself to enjoy the apples and crumb mixture together. This tastes like something my grandma would make growing up. It is soft and gooy and the filling just flows out of the bar. I can see a definate addiction risk here.

These Pumpkin seeds from Dakota Gourmet are surprisingly nutritious. They have only 4 carbs, no Trans fat, no Sugar, they have 9g of protein, 25% of daily iron, and some other good stuff. They are in a convenient 1 oz package. They are peanut free, tree nut free, and Kosher.
